Return & Refund Policy

We want your pet comfortable and you happy. If something's not right, we'll fix it.

Returns: you have 30 days from the delivery date to return any unused item in its original, clean condition (hygiene product). To start a return, email whowouldwin2024@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or leaking items: send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no need to return anything. Gel or water leaks are always treated as defects.

Late or missing orders: if your order doesn't arrive within 30 days, you get a full refund — no questions asked.

Cancellations: orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order is already being processed.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
